The apartment is located on the 3rd floor consists of living room with balcony, bathroom with half bath, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bed of 120 wide by 1.90 long and bunk consists of 2 beds of 90 cm. It also has a bed sofa. The apartment is fully equipped These apartments have a communal area with: open parking, ping pong, pool, solarium and direct access to the sea, with a ladder to climb up and down. Community also has wifi in counseling

During the winter months a heating surcharge

The tourist tax, one euro per person per day, will be charged for the first 7 days only.
Unfortunately we cannot accept groups under 25 years of age at this property.
The delivery and collection of keys will take place in our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.

Cet appartement très bien équipé est magnifiquement situé et doté d'une vue sur la mer et la côte vraiment exceptionnelle. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Propreté irréprochable. Le seul reproche est l'inconfort des canapés lits. Mais nous reviendrons sûrement

Cadre magnifique piscine propre nettoyee tout les jours ainsi que la residence avec un gardien (disponible et réactif) qui prend vraiment soin de l'espace vert. Endroit familliale proche de tout à 5-10min à pied je recommande fortement.

L'appartement est très bien situé, au dessus d'une baie, avec un joli point de vue et pas trop loin du village, environ 1 km à pied. Il est agréable pour 2 personnes, maximum 3 adultes. Par contre, il n'est pas possible de faire correctement la cuisine car les plaques à inductions ne chauffent que très peu.

L'extérieur est le grand atout de l'appartement : piscine, accès à la mer, jeux pour les enfants, et surtout la vue sur la mer. Mieux vaut ne pas prévoir de dormir sur le clic-clac : le matelas est complètement usé. Les ustensiles de cuisine n'avaient manifestement pas été utilisés/nettoyés depuis longtemps.
