  • Payments in Costa Brava Si they are 100% safe payments since they are payments made by the tenant at will by card or bank transfer. Costa Brava Si will never charge your card or bank account. You control the rent payment. Unfortunately we cannot accept traveler's checks as a method of payment
  • At the time of booking your accommodation you must pay 30% of the total amount of the reservation. The rest of the amount must be paid 30 days before arrival at the said accommodation.
  • Our booking cancellation policies allow you to cancel your booking up to 30 days before your arrival and we will refund you 100% of the amount paid up to that point.

  • On our website costabravasi.com all our properties have a global view from where we can appreciate the most important features with just a glance. If we want more information, we enter the property and we will find all kinds of details both in its listing and in the descriptions as well as in the photographs that reflect the state of the facilities and their accessories.

  • Yes, everyone can rent accommodation on the Costa Brava Si. The only limitation to making a reservation with us is to meet the minimum age imposed by some of the owners (usually 25 years old) to prevent the accommodations from becoming unwanted party venues.

  • When you rent with Costa Brava Si you have the security of total transparency. All advertisements detail the particular characteristics of each accommodation. In addition, all our reservations always include in the price a series of concepts such as cleaning upon departure (when you enter you already find it clean), bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity and water supplies, garden and pool maintenance if you have it and our advice if you need it. In properties that do not have Wi-Fi, you can rent one from our offices. In this case you will have to cover its cost.

  • In Costa Brava Si we do not make fixed charges in terms of damage insurance. We know that things wear out when they are used, and that shouldn't be a cost to our customers. But in case something breaks due to misuse, we do block (pre-authorize) your bank card for a maximum amount that is stated in the specifications of each ad based on the value of the property. This pre-authorization is unlocked once everything is checked in the accommodation (minimum 1 day - maximum 7 days)

  • At Costa Brava Si we always deliver the accommodation clean at the time of check-in, and once your stay is over we take care to clean it and leave it in optimum cleanliness conditions. At the time of booking you will always see the total price including cleaning, so you will never have any surprises in terms of cleaning.

  • At the time of arrival you must bring a copy of your reservation and some document to identify you
  • All guests over the age of 14 will need an identity document, ID or Passport, so that we can formalize the necessary registrations.
  • If you come from outside Spain you will need an identity document or a passport for all guests regardless of their age to enter the country.

Most of our accommodations have Wi-Fi included in the price, but you need to check the specifications of the accommodation itself to be sure. At this time you only need to pay 30% of the total amount of the reservation. You will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the reservation as well as the details of it. At this point, your reservation is complete.
  • Subsequently, 30 days before arrival at your tourist accommodation, you will receive an email notifying you that you must pay the rest of the reservation, also with secure payment by card or bank transfer.
  • Between 15 and 7 days before arrival you will receive another email with instructions on check-in details, key collection, etc. where we will also ask you to fill in the details of all guests in our system.

  • The time of arrival at the Costa Brava Si accommodation is always in the afternoon. The client approaches our office where the necessary procedures will be carried out in case there are any remaining and the keys to the contracted accommodation will be given to him.
