Apartment for rent located 140 meters from Cala Canyet, on the road to Tossa de Mar, in the municipality of Santa Cristina d’Aro. Ideal to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in an environment that gave its name to the Costa Brava.

The apartment is located 140 meters from the CANYET Beach, within the Rosamar urbanization, where we find numerous beaches and sandy coves. It is located at a distance of 15 kms from Tossa de Mar and about 12 kms from Sant Feliu de Guíxols.

It consists of 1 bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with a small bathtub and other additional services:

- Living room with exit to the balcony.

- Dining room with sofa bed.

- Balcony with table and chairs

- Parking space included in the same building.

The tourist tax, one euro per person per day, will be charged for the first 7 days only.
Unfortunately we cannot accept groups under 25 years of age at this property.
The delivery and collection of keys will take place in our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.

Es el segon any que venim, estem encantats amb el lloc, apartament, parquing ( nesesari ja que es dificil aparcar) veins, l’unic, la nevera, es petita per possar menjar per uns quans dies i molt petit el congelador. Per tot lo altre , perfecte. ( possats a demanar cambiaria la banyera per dutxa) Moltes gracies Anna 👍👏👏👏👏👏👏

Comodidad al no tener que coger coche para ir a la Playa/Cala. Hay que ir con calzado porque hay piedras. Apartamento muy fresquito. Ducha con presion. Ideal para 2 personas ( mini nevera, minilavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera oroley, platos, vasos etccc incluye plaza de parquing. Volveremos Seguro. 😍🎊🎉🏖🍺🍷🏄🏾‍♀️🏊🏼‍♂️🚴🏾‍♂️ Carretera con muchas curvas ojo ciclistas y motos.

Appartement idéalement placéA 3min à pieds de la plage. Vous bénéficiez d’un garage sous terrain. L’appartement, certes petit mais très fonctionnel, dispose de matelas confortables et de fenêtres donnant sur 3 orientations, parfait pour ventiler quand il fait chaud (il dispose aussi de la Clim).Petit plus : les nombreux jeux laissés dans l’appartement pour occuper les enfants.Petit moins : Rosamar est très festif / électroménager un peu vétuste
