Miramar is a beautiful and cozy house with a private pool located in a residential area of Santa Cristina d'Aro very close to nature, in a very quiet environment to spend a relaxed holiday.
It has a private pool with garden, air conditioning, wifi and garage and has access to a community area with a shared pool, tennis court, basketball, football, etc.
This 118 m2 accommodation has a swimming pool, terrace, barbecue area and garden.
The house is newly built, made with good quality materials and has plenty of accessories that will allow you to enjoy a relaxed and charming holiday.
When you arrive at your destination you can enter the car in the garage where it will be protected from the sun and the weather or if you prefer you can leave it on the street where there is always space available.
Once inside the house we find a large dining area and living room with connection to the kitchen and the terrace where you can eat with views of the pool, the mountains and even the sea.
On the same floor we find the rest of the house, a suite room with a 160 cm bed, two rooms with two single beds, and a second toilet. We also have access to a large barbecue area in the shade with its area to eat alfresco during the summer.
The fact of having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on the same floor makes it very convenient and comfortable. Its decoration is modern and fresh and contributes to making you feel well-treated by the environment, which, added to the pool and solarium area, will make you enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
The location of Miramar, located inside the center of the Costa Brava, will help even more to make the stay much more pleasant.
The house is located between the towns of Santa Cristina, Platja d'Aro, Calonge and the Gavarres mountains. From here you will find the best beaches and coves in the area just 14 km away, as well as the best mountain routes from the house itself. The area offers endless possibilities for sea and mountain tourist activities with an exceptional offer of adventure sports, nature, shopping, shopping centers and an innumerable offer of the best gastronomy in the area, with a variety of restaurants with Michelin stars as well like local and international gastronomy.
