Beautiful house in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, just renovated and only 10 minutes' walk from the beach and with all kinds of amenities to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava.
The accommodation is located very close to the town center and close to the Massís de les Cadiretes. From here you will find the best beaches and coves in the area just 850 m away, as well as the best routes in the middle of nature. The area offers endless possibilities for sea and mountain tourist activities with an exceptional offer of adventure sports, nature, shopping, shopping centers and an innumerable offer of the best gastronomy in the area, with a variety of restaurants with Michelin stars as well like local and international gastronomy.
The house is of contemporary construction and has subsequently been renovated, made with good quality materials and has abundant accessories that will allow you to enjoy an enviable holiday with lots of charm. When we enter the house and pass the hall-hallway we find a spacious and pleasant living room with access to the patio. This cozy outdoor space has a small planter and a table with chairs that will allow us to have a nice dinner in the cool of the night. The open kitchen is integrated into the same space as the dining room. On the same ground floor we find a room with a double bed and a bathroom. From the dining room there is an open staircase that goes up one floor and here we find the second bedroom with an XL size double bed and a toilet.
