Situated on the outskirts of the main avenue of the village it allows you to easily access all kinds of water activities, beach, nautical, etc., as well as leisure activities, such as cinemas, bowling, water park, market and the best shopping and restaurants.
The flat has about 150 m2 plus about 100m2 of terrace where you can sunbathe, dine al fresco or set up your own chill out. Inside there is a large dining room and a very spacious living room with access to the terrace. Next to it there is a well equipped kitchen where you can have a good breakfast, and rooms for different uses. On the other side there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The decoration is contemporary and with welcoming lines. The spaciousness is present everywhere and everything is on a single floor, and thanks to the air conditioning, a better comfort is achieved.
