Teules is a beautiful and spacious house with private pool located in a residential area of Santa Cristina d'Aro, less than 7 km from the beach. It is in a very quiet environment for a relaxing holiday and has parking, swimming pool, garden and has good views of the mountains and also the sea.
This spectacular accommodation has 160 m2 of living space and about 30 m2 of swimming pool.
The house has been recently renovated in its entirety with good quality materials, the decoration is modern, very fresh and has plenty of accessories that will allow you to enjoy an enviable and charming holiday.
When you arrive at your destination you can leave your cars in the property's parking area and enter the house on foot through the garden.
When you enter the house you immediately notice the design with generous and well-defined spaces. Past the hall we find an open space with kitchen, dining room, living room and access to a generous terrace with furniture for eating, barbecue and a beautiful chill-out area. From this terrace we see the garden, the mountains and the sea. Towards the other side of the house we find two bathrooms and two bedrooms with ceiling fans. On the lower level there is another living area, another bathroom and two more bedrooms also with ceiling fans.
When we go outside we find the garden and a beautiful swimming pool with a large beach area, parasols and sun loungers.
