Teules is a beautiful and spacious house with a private pool located in a Residential Area of Santa Cristina d#39;Aro, less than 7 km from the beach. It is in a very quiet environment to spend a relaxed holiday and has parking, swimming pool, garden and has good views of the mountains and also of the sea.
This spectacular accommodation has 160 m2 of living space and about 30 m2 of swimming pool.
The house has recently been completely renovated with good quality materials, the decoration is modern, very fresh and has plenty of accessories that will allow you to enjoy an enviable holiday with a lot of charm.
When you arrive at your destination, you can leave your cars in the property s parking area and enter the house on foot through the garden.
When you enter the house, you immediately notice the design with generous and well-defined spaces. After the hall we find an open space with kitchen, dining room, living room and exit to a generous terrace with furniture to eat, barbecue and a nice chill-out area. From this terrace we can see the garden, the mountain and the sea. On the other side of the house we find two bathrooms and two bedrooms with ceiling fans. On the lower level there is another living area, another bathroom and two more bedrooms also with ceiling fans.
When we go outside we find the garden and a beautiful swimming pool with a large beach area, parasols and sunbeds.
The decoration is modern and makes you feel good with the environment, which together with the details and the equipment will make you enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
The location of Teules, located in the center of the Costa Brava, will help even more to make the stay much more pleasant. Located between the sea and the mountains, from here you will find the best beaches and coves in the area less than 7 km away, as well as the best mountain routes from near the house.
The area offers endless possibilities for sea and mountain tourist activities with an exceptional offer of adventure sports, nature, shopping, shopping centers and an innumerable offer of the best gastronomy in the area, with a variety of restaurants with Michelin stars as well like local and international gastronomy.
